TITLE SEARCH
We will research the history of the title to the property you are purchasing. These records include things like previous deeds, property liens, court records, and more. The purpose of a title search is to verify that the seller has the right to transfer the ownership of the property to you, and to discover if there are any claims against the property.
TITLE INSURANCE
Occasionally there are hidden hazards that do not turn up in a title search. Title insurance protects you against any loss should a claim arise down the road against your right to ownership.
CLOSING SERVICES
Heape Enterprises, Inc. will walk you through the signing process in our office. Once the title is successfully transferred and all the paperwork is complete, we will file the documents with the necessary local authorities.
ESCROW SERVICES
We can arrange for an escrow account whenever funds need to be collected and held for future distribution.
